sync to Gcal is fine but we are missing the mobile to Gcal solution, something comprehensive for a mobile user. I have been using Zyb.com for a while for address book/calendar sync and things are fine at that end. However they only offer one time import of Gcal so far. If the 2 way sync from them will be as good as the usual sync i think it would be the best application so far.

It would be even better if there was a Google Calendar/Entourage sync tool.

I've been part of the private beta and the work that Charlie and his team have put into this has been impressive. I'm able to keep my iCal/gCal sync'd and my team can keep track of me all day. They have been responsive and meticulous - I've been very impressed with how quickly they have responded to emails and bugs.
