		<description>This is great, thanks! I'm a chemist, so I like the old icon -- it's also the old alchemy symbol for &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_%28element%29" rel="nofollow"&gt;mercury (the element)&lt;/a&gt;.

@nick... I prefer to keep the menu bar icon to remind me that it's running. It's extremely disconcerting to try using the keyboard only to find out it quit or crashed.

I also use the menu as a way to tell people about the program. Otherwise they just think I'm performing magic. ;-)</description>

		<description>I've never understood why people have the menu bar icon turned on in the first place?  Isn't the whole point of QS to use the keyboard rather than the mouse?  You can bring up the menu from within the QS command window if you need it in a pinch, but honestly I never use it.</description>
