Six tricks to get your email organised
Glenn Wolsey has listed
six hot tips for organising your email life to make it more efficient and productive.
Some of them will be familiar to Hawk Wings readers like how the delete key is your best friend and reducing the frequency of your email checks.
Others are more controversial - tagging or folders or a mixed marriage? Glenn is a folders man.
Still, whatever your personal faith position on these matters, reading how someone else does it often leads to new insights into how to do it better yourself. For instance, check out Glenn’s three folder strategy. Interesting.

Hello, I’am interested in MailPriority features :
- set Priorities for outgoing messages by setting the X-Priority header
- organize your mails by color-coding messages
- request Receipts by setting the Disposition-Notification-To header
permanently show th ‘Reply-to’ and ‘Bcc’ fields when composing a new message
Unfortunatly it seems that no new version have ben made available for a while.
Do you have alternate solutions for these features ?
Do you expect any update of this software ?

Hi Maxime,
Coloured emails - http://www.hawkwings.net/2006/05/19/colourise-mailapp-messages-for-visual-queues/
Priorities - http://www.hawkwings.net/2006/02/06/using-message-priority-in-apple-mail/
Receipt requests. The only way I know of doing this is an “all or nothing” solution that may be worse than the problem - http://www.hawkwings.net/2006/01/04/applescript-to-answer-a-return-receipt-in-mailapp/
