Quicksilver gets a makeover
The newest Quicksilver beta (β49 Borzoi 3766) has had a Preferences makeover.
It also introduces hierarchical triggers and preliminary support for something mysterious called “Droplets” (see more
in a Quicksilver forum thread).
The new Preferences panes look very nice as one would expect:

The plugins screen gets split into categories which makes it more manageable to navigate:

You can get it from Blacktree’s web site
or through the update function in your Quicksilver Preferences.

Wow. I like the new Triggers setup especially.
Does anyone ever have the problem that when they hit Cntrl+Space, QuickSilver shows up but then immediately goes away until hitting Cntrl+Space a second time? That happens to me all the time. Sometimes it seems like relaunching keeps it from happening… It does seem like it can go for a long time without it happening but then once it happens once it’s going to happen a lot after that.
I should probably submit something to Blacktree. I just have a feeling it’s something strange on my system… but it keeps happening with each version of QS released.

I assume that it is not something as simple as a hotkey conflict.
