Mail.app, Entourage and LDAP
Greg Neagle has posted an interesting account
of his trials and tribulations in getting Mail.app to work with LDAP servers in his corporate environment.
He also describes some reasons why Mail.app is so much better than Entourage when it comes to enterprise environments.

I am always disappointed with LDAP as a feature in general, though. While it auto completes, I want it to populate throughout my address book in a way I can visually see, not when I have to search or type. Here’s to hoping microformats cure my ills via the web.
