WYWO: Telephone messages by email
WYWO (“While you were out”) is a stand-alone app that sends telephone messages as emails. No more little slips of paper.
Using this brings
WYWO offers you a dialog screen with all the expected telephone message options:

It is fully integrated with
And the end result is a nice email ready to be dealt with when you return to your computer:

Of course, you could do the same thing with just a normal email, but it would take me longer to do it that way. It does take the Office Manager longer to do it that way.
WYWO comes with English, German and Dutch localisations, is freeware and is available from the developer’s web site.

Ahaha, love the example message. I can see the response several days later: “Tim… my !@#%%# anti-spam filtered out all the ‘urgent’ messages from my wife… I’ve just had the divorce papers served on me…”

This app does not work for me. Messages don’t send. Address book does not fill in automatically. The email addresses to contact the developer bounce back and there is no documentation for trouble-shooting etc.
I love the idea of this app and could really use it. If anyone knows of a similar one please let me know.

This looks like a cool app to check out, but I can’t find it anywhere to download. :-( Anyone have an updated URL that one might be able to download this from?
Thanks!
