There’s a AppleScript posted on macOSXHints that will convert Outlook calendars into iCal ones.

All you need to do is source an Outlook calendar, drop it on the AppleScript droplet and it will spit out a calendar you can import into iCal.

Personally, I find that there are more than enough iCal calendars already on offer at iCal Share, but this might be useful in some work situations.
