How Mail sucks
Justin Williams, co-creator of MacZealots, points out in some detail how every email client on the market for Mac OS X sucks and how it is all Apple Mail’s fault. A snippet:

Not one fits perfectly with its users, and we jump to the next client hoping that it will fill the voids that the previous client left. The cycle is never-ending, and will be that way as long as Apple and others continue to release their Mail clients as part of OS X. There’s no incentive for a company to dive into the email client market because competing with decent freeware is difficult and not nearly as lucrative as filling a niche.
